Fleet ManagementFleet telematics · Logistics & Telematics

Fleet software that already knows where the money leaks.

Idle engines, bad routes, invisible vehicles. We built Trek360 to close those gaps for our own platform. We can close them for your fleet.

Domain knowledge from day one

We built and run a live product in this space. No learning-curve tax billed to your project.

In production — not a prototype

The edge cases our platform hit are already solved. We bring the fixes, not the question marks.

Full code handoff, no lock-in

You own the codebase, the infrastructure, and the IP. No proprietary black box, no exit fee.

What we understand

A fleet bleeds money in the gaps: idle time, fuel burned on habitual routes, undocumented driver behaviour. Operators do not need more data, they need one screen where position, fuel, routes, and drivers stop being separate spreadsheets.

The Real Challenges

Problems that quietly sink projects in this space — scoped before we shipped our own product.

01

Telematics hardware fragmentation

mixed OEM and aftermarket devices and protocols (J1939, FMS, varied GPS) make ingesting and normalising dirty, high-volume vehicle data the real cost.

02

ELD and hours-of-service compliance

driver-hours and electronic-logging mandates carry audit and penalty exposure, so logs must be tamper-evident and jurisdiction-correct.

03

Fuel cost and predictive maintenance

idle, fuel theft, and unplanned downtime erode per-truck margin, so buyers expect maintenance prediction, not just dots on a map.

04

Driver behaviour, safety, and retention

harsh-driving detection, dashcam privacy concerns, and driver pushback on surveillance directly affect insurance rates and turnover.

02

What We Can Build

Custom software for Fleet Management clients — scoped on a discovery call, built in sprints.

Live GPS tracking & telematics

Real-time location and vehicle data pipelines.

Route optimisation engines

Cut fuel and improve on-time delivery.

Driver management & scoring

Profiles, assignments, and accountability.

Maintenance & fuel monitoring

Track upkeep and consumption per vehicle.

Analytics & reporting

Operator dashboards that turn data into decisions.

03

Our Stack Here

Not a generic stack — the specific tooling Fleet Management software lives or dies on.

IoT/telematics ingestion (MQTT, device gateways)
Time-series + geospatial stores (PostGIS)
Routing / VRP engines (OSRM / HERE)
Streaming (Kafka) for live tracking & geofencing
ML for predictive maintenance & driver-scoring

The Proof

We did not learn this on your budget.

05

Expertise Level

We have handled real-time location pipelines and telematics data at production scale, the hard part of every fleet build. Map rendering, geofencing, and offline-tolerant tracking are solved problems for us.

Who This Is For

Logistics companies, delivery services, ride-hailing platforms, and fleet operators that need to see every vehicle in real time.

07

Common Questions

Things clients ask before the first discovery call.

QWhat telematics hardware do you support?

We have worked with J1939, FMS, and generic GPS/CAN-bus hardware from multiple OEMs. We build a hardware-agnostic ingestion layer that normalises dirty, high-volume data from mixed-device fleets — which is the real cost in most fleet builds, not the map on the screen.

QDo you handle the routing and mapping stack?

Yes. We use OSRM or HERE for route optimisation and PostGIS for geospatial queries. Map rendering, geofencing, and offline-tolerant tracking are problems we have already solved in Trek360. We do not start from scratch on your project.

QHow long does it take to build a fleet tracking MVP?

Live GPS tracking with a driver app and an operator analytics dashboard typically takes 12 to 16 weeks. Route optimisation, predictive maintenance alerts, and ELD compliance are meaningful additions we scope and price separately — so your baseline is not inflated by features you do not need on day one.

QCan we integrate with our existing dispatch or ERP system?

Most of our fleet builds include at least one third-party integration — dispatch tools, ERP systems, or fuel-card providers. We assess the API surface in discovery and build the adapter as part of the contract. If the integration requires a custom connector, we will tell you before we start.
