Finance software with the dangerous parts already de-risked.
Identity, money movement, lending: the three places fintech projects fail. We have built all three into Valtrix, our own banking platform.
Domain knowledge from day one
We built and run a live product in this space. No learning-curve tax billed to your project.
In production — not a prototype
The edge cases our platform hit are already solved. We bring the fixes, not the question marks.
Full code handoff, no lock-in
You own the codebase, the infrastructure, and the IP. No proprietary black box, no exit fee.
Banking is now a software race. Customers judge a financial institution by its onboarding flow, not its branch network, and regulators judge it by how rigorously identity, transfers, and lending are controlled underneath. A fintech product has to satisfy both at once.
The Real Challenges
Problems that quietly sink projects in this space — scoped before we shipped our own product.
Path to profitability
investors now demand sustainable unit economics over user-growth, forcing real decisions on fees, lending margin, and acquisition cost.
Partner-bank dependency
the 2024 Synapse collapse showed fintechs riding sponsor banks can have customer funds frozen, so ledger reconciliation and direct bank relationships are existential.
eKYC fraud and AML screening
instant onboarding invites synthetic-identity and deepfake-document fraud, so liveness, document verification, and ongoing transaction monitoring are mandatory.
Multi-currency FX and cross-border licensing
instant cross-currency transfers pull in FX risk, settlement timing, and per-jurisdiction money-transmission licensing.

Common Questions
Things clients ask before the first discovery call.
QAre you familiar with banking regulations and compliance requirements?
We built Valtrix under PCI-DSS and eKYC requirements, including liveness detection, OCR document verification, sanctions and PEP screening, and a double-entry ledger. Compliance is part of our architecture from sprint one — not a retrofit after the first audit.
QCan you work with our sponsor bank or payment rails?
We have integrated with ACH, RTP, and SEPA-style rails and worked with card-issuing APIs. Specific partner-bank integrations depend heavily on what the bank exposes — we assess the API surface in discovery and scope the adapter work from there.
QHow long does a fintech MVP take to build?
A scoped MVP — eKYC onboarding, basic fund transfers, and an operator dashboard — typically runs 16 to 22 weeks. Lending modules, multi-currency management, and any required regulatory review add time we will scope honestly upfront, not at the end of the engagement.
QDo you hand off the codebase when the project is done?
Always. You own the code, the cloud infrastructure, and the data. We can document and hand off to your internal team or stay on as a support retainer — your decision. There is no proprietary platform or black box that creates dependency on us.
